Does BondCall replace our staff?

No — and it's not trying to. Your licensed agents close bonds. BondCall handles the intake layer: answers, qualifies, routes, and summarizes so your agents spend their time on real opportunities instead of playing phone tag or repeating intake questions 40 times a week.

Can we keep our current phone number?

Yes. Almost every agency starts with call forwarding — your existing number stays exactly where it is, and BondCall receives calls behind it. Porting is an option later when an agency wants a cleaner setup, but it's never required to start.

What happens when minutes run out?

Calls still get answered — overages bill at $0.15/min. You get a warning in your dashboard when you hit 80% of your included minutes. New agencies start with a $10 welcome credit that covers your first ~66 minutes of overage, so you can test without risk.

Does BondCall give legal advice?

No, and the guardrails are hard. The scripts are built to gather facts, explain your agency's process, and route callers — without release time estimates, legal interpretations, bond amount guarantees, or solicitation language you haven't approved.

How long does setup take?

Most agencies are live in under a week. You submit your agency profile, we configure the script and routing, you review and approve, you run test calls, then you flip the switch. Your existing number stays live the whole time.
